Gina has a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling & Marriage & Family Therapy & has over 30 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in the community. She is dedicated to supporting youth, couples, and families that are struggling with communication, crisis intervention, mental health challenges, and emotional disconnection and specializes in a holistic family system approach.

As a practice owner Gina had 15 years of Executive level management in the largest mental healthcare system in Massachusetts before opening Insight Counseling & Wellness. Gina's goal for the practice is to minimize barriers to receiving treatment, remove the stigma of asking for help, and provide access to quality care for as many people as possible. Gina's kind, patient, non judgemental, and individualized approach supports all of her staff, that will then support you to improve your happiness and enjoyment of life.

Gina also offers consultation services for private practice owners looking for support to build their business with ethical integrity and financial success for themselves and their employees.

Gina is also actively involved with the community by serving as a Regional Commissioner for the Plymouth County Commision on the Status of Women, on the Finance Committee serving the Board of Directors for the nonprofit Empower - supporting youth and young adults who have lost a parent, and serving on the Board of Directors and as a cheerleading coach to 7th & 8th graders at her local youth football and cheer program.

Biliana has a Master’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree from the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis. She has extensive experience working in schools, mental health agencies, research facilities (including Harvard University and MGH), and colleges (including Boston University) as a clinician/therapist, administrator, researcher, and instructor.

Biliana is an eclectic psychotherapist and a certified yoga teacher. She has expertise in cutting-edge mindfulness, yoga, meditation research, and stress reduction. She uses an integrated therapies approach such as:

Emily is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Emily has years of experience working with families, adolescents, couples and individuals including within the LGBTQ+ community with anxiety, depression, anger management, stress. Emily specializes in supporting clients struggling with life transitions (such as parenting issues, deaths in the family, and divorce). Emily uses Solution-Focused approaches with some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness to collaborate with clients to reach their goals.

Emily knows it is important to feel heard while also gently challenged through tears of joy, anger, sadness, or relief in order to grow, learn, and find happiness, health, and healing.

Meredith is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Maine. She has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Simmons College as well as a Master’s Degree in Education/Special Education from Sacred Heart University. She has over 10 years of experience working in many settings including individual therapy agencies, schools, inpatient psychiatric units, mental health/disability agencies, emergency services, and hospice care. Meredith’s also specializes in caring for those who care for others. Many of her clients are nurses, doctors, therapists, teachers, and other caregivers who need support themselves.

Meredith provides an empathic, effective, and solution focused approach for those who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, family marital or other personal relationships. She focuses on increasing every person's happiness and effective communication with others for a more peaceful lifestyle. Additionally, with a special education background, she enjoys working with clients with ADHD and learning challenges and creates treatment plans that focus on the individual’s goals and personal success. Meredith believes in providing a supportive and safe environment and will collaborate with clients to identify strengths and help them achieve their goals for a happier life.

Beth is a person-centered therapist with decades of experience who works with adolescents, young adults, families, and parents. She believes the most important aspect of therapy is establishing a trusting, supportive relationship in which clients feel comfortable being honest and vulnerable. She works with youth with all types of special needs including executive functioning, social anxiety, and behavioral challenges. Beth has a passion for working with individuals who have experienced trauma and are looking for a safe relationship in which to begin the healing process.

Beth also has a background in family therapy and is able to support those who might be struggling with unhealthy family dynamics or are looking to improve family, parenting, and co-parenting skills and relationships. Her goal is to empower clients to make the changes that they want to see so that they can go on to live happy, healthy lives with the ones they love the most.

Matt is a Licensed Certified Social Worker who uses an empathetic, thoughtful, and empowering approach to therapy. His work is strongly influenced by narrative therapy, helping clients become the experts of their own stories while developing greater insight, self-understanding, and capacity for meaningful and lasting change. Matt also integrates evidence-based behavioral and psychodynamic approaches to support the development of both practical coping skills and deeper relational and emotional growth.

Matt has experience working with individuals across the lifespan — including children, adolescents, young adults, and older adults — within community mental health organizations, higher education, and partial hospitalization settings. He particularly enjoys working with individuals navigating high stress, burnout, identity development, and major life transitions.

In addition to his Master of Social Work degree, Matt also holds a Master of Arts in Theology and Ministry, allowing him to incorporate spiritual, cultural, and meaning-oriented perspectives into therapy when desired by the client. Matt approaches therapy with curiosity, humor, compassion, and thoughtful challenges to foster greater insight and personal growth.

This includes working in a residential treatment facility prior to transitioning to public schools as a school counselor. She works primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults, treating a variety of issues: including trauma, anger management, school issues, school and work avoidance, ADHD, anxiety, depression, social issues and parental separation/divorce.

Her approach is to help clients develop positive coping and communication skills as well as develop emotional and self regulation strategies while building upon their strengths.

Daphne comes to us in her final year at UMASS Global and will graduate with her Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy after completing her Practicum at Insight Counseling & Wellness. We are very privileged to support her in completing her education goals!

Daphne brings a multicultural and multiracial perspective to counseling, shaped by growing up abroad and building a career in corporate America in the U.S. for more than a decade. After working in both Fortune 500 companies and fast-paced startups in engineering, she decided to make a shift and has dedicated herself to serving youth, couples and families through counseling.

Daphne offers a collaborative space for those navigating the pressures of high-demand environments and the complexities of modern relationships. As a Marriage and Family Therapy intern with a previous career in engineering and business, she uniquely combines an analytical mindset with a holistic and compassionate listening ear. She is particularly dedicated to supporting diverse and multicultural individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s transitions and the weight of anxiety, depression, trauma, and unhealthy coping mechanisms.

Daphne’s approach is strengths-based and solution-oriented, honoring a client's existing resilience while providing the safety needed to process the past. By integrating practical skill-building with deep self-reflection, she helps clients reconnect with their core needs, strengthen interpersonal communication, and rediscover a sense of shared purpose and lasting growth.
