Gina has a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. She has over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in the community. She is dedicated to supporting youth, couples, and families that are struggling with communication, substance use, crisis intervention, mental illness, and emotional disconnection.

Gina specializes in a holistic family system approach, and has often been compared to a “super nanny”. By providing her services either in the office, via telehealth, or in your home, school, or community setting, Gina can minimize barriers to receiving treatment and meet you where it is most convenient for healing. Gina's kind, patient, nonjudgemental, and individualized approach will support you to improve your happiness and enjoyment of life.

Kate has over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families, and couples in community-based, outpatient, and residential mental health settings such as McLean Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, and the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. She treats a variety of issues including trauma, substance abuse, depression, anxiety, OCD, and supports her clients in developing skills to manage challenges and daily stressors.

Ana is a licensed independent clinical social worker and graduate of Boston University. She has experience working with individuals and families and specializes in DBT both in her individual and group work. Her approach centers around a balance of acceptance and change, drawing from both DBT and CBT techniques. She uses gentle challenging, honesty, and humor, to build insight for those looking to understand themselves and their issues.

Biliana has a Master’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree from the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis. She has extensive experience working in schools, mental health agencies, research facilities (including Harvard University and MGH), and colleges (including Boston University) as a clinician/therapist, administrator, researcher, and instructor.

Biliana is an eclectic psychotherapist and a certified yoga teacher. She has expertise in cutting-edge mindfulness, yoga, meditation research, and stress reduction. She uses an integrated therapies approach such as:

She has several years of experience as a clinician/therapist and supervisor working in schools, mental health agencies, emergency services for mental health, and hospice care.

Meredith provides an empathic and effective approach to depression, anxiety, grief, family relationships, marital, and personal relationships, with a focus on increasing personal effectiveness and communication skills. She believes in providing a supportive and safe environment for addressing issues and will collaborate with clients to identify strengths to help them achieve their goals.

Nicole is a licensed mental health counselor with 25 years of experience in the field. This includes working in a residential treatment facility prior to transitioning to public schools as a school counselor. She works primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults, treating a variety of issues: including trauma, anger management, school issues, school and work avoidance, ADHD, anxiety, depression, social issues and parental separation/divorce.

Her approach is to help clients develop positive coping and communication skills as well as develop emotional and self regulation strategies while building upon their strengths.

She has worked in a multitude of settings including outpatient, community corrections, long-term chronic care, and in-home. She has experience with supporting adolescents, adults, and older adults living with trauma, psychosis, mood disorders, self-injurious behavior, substance use issues, ADHD, and personality disorders. Tedra specializes in LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming care.

She employs a warm & inviting, empathetic, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach to treatment. She draws from a range of evidence-based interventions including cognitive processing therapy (CPT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), general psychiatric management (GPM), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), narrative therapy (NT), and motivational interviewing to encompass the unique needs of the clients served.

Haley draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) modalities. She treats anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, mood disorders, substance use issues, and any other struggles that clients feel is affecting their daily life.

Haley's style is to hold space for her clients to explore their own patterns and interpersonal dynamics, with a goal of finding a better understanding of themselves within their relationships and families.

Beth is a person-centered therapist with decades of experience who works with adolescents, young adults, families, and parents. She believes the most important aspect of therapy is establishing a trusting, supportive relationship in which clients feel comfortable being honest and vulnerable. She works with youth with all types of special needs including executive functioning, social anxiety, and behavioral challenges. Beth has a passion for working with individuals who have experienced trauma and are looking for a safe relationship in which to begin the healing process.

Beth also has a background in family therapy and is able to support those who might be struggling with unhealthy family dynamics or are looking to improve family, parenting, and co-parenting skills and relationships. Her goal is to empower clients to make the changes that they want to see so that they can go on to live happy, healthy lives with the ones they love the most.

Her kind voice and motivation to support always puts our clients at ease. She has a passion and ambition to help provide a safe and warm first contact to new clients and provide a positive experience to our continuing clients who choose Insight Counseling & Wellness.
