This form of meditation/relaxation that focuses awareness on breathing and encourages positive attitudes to achieve a healthy, balanced mental state. Mindful meditation is recommended to reduce reactions to stress. It induces the relaxation response, lowers the heart rate, reduces anxiety, and encourages positive thought patterns and attitudes.

MINDFUL YOGA FOR STRESS REDUCTION

This eclectic yoga practice is specifically designed to integrate mind & body, East & West, and science & meditation to reduce stress & anxiety, improve mental & physical health, and optimize performance in everyday life. Join our expert wellness instructors for personal sessions or group sessions. Food & Mood Coaching

Optimize your mood, sleep, & energy with the support of a Certified Health Coach to modify your lifestyle and relationship with food. Your sessions will focus on healthy choices that meet your personal taste as well as psychoeducation about supplements, mindfulness, and hydration to promote healing & happiness in everyday life.

These healing sessions can focus on relationships, stress-reduction, parenting, career, brain science, & more to uncover the hope & strength you need to face life’s biggest challenges.

CARING FOR CARETAKERS GROUP

Join our weekly virtual group created for those who care for a child or loved one with developmental, neurological, physical, or mental health challenges. This supportive community is led by practitioners who deeply care for those who care for others with a focus on teaching self-care techniques to cope with everyday stressors as well as enduring resilience and wellbeing. Participation is flexible and culturally sensitive to each group member.
