Gina has a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling & Marriage and Family Therapy. She has over 30 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in the community. She is dedicated to supporting youth, couples, and families that are struggling with communication, crisis intervention, mental health challenges, and emotional disconnection.

Gina specializes in a holistic family system approach, and has often been compared to a “super nanny”. By providing her services either in the office, via telehealth, or in your home, school, or community setting, Gina can minimize barriers to receiving treatment and meet you where it is most convenient for healing. Gina's kind, patient, nonjudgemental, and individualized approach will support you to improve your happiness and enjoyment of life.

Biliana has a Master’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree from the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis. She has extensive experience working in schools, mental health agencies, research facilities (including Harvard University and MGH), and colleges (including Boston University) as a clinician/therapist, administrator, researcher, and instructor.

Biliana is an eclectic psychotherapist and a certified yoga teacher. She has expertise in cutting-edge mindfulness, yoga, meditation research, and stress reduction. She uses an integrated therapies approach such as:

Emily specializes in supporting clients struggling with life transitions (such as parenting issues, deaths in the family, and divorce). Emily uses Solution-Focused approaches with some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness to collaborate with clients to reach their goals.

Emily knows it is important to feel heard while also gently challenged through tears of joy, anger, sadness, or relief in order to grow, learn, and find happiness, health, and healing.

She has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Simmons College as well as a Master’s Degree in Education/Special Education from Sacred Heart University. She has over 10 years of experience working in many settings including individual therapy agencies, schools, inpatient psychiatric units, mental health/disability agencies, emergency services, and hospice care. Meredith’s also specializes in caring for those who care for others. Many of her clients are nurses, doctors, therapists, teachers, and other caregivers who need support themselves.

Meredith provides an empathic, effective, and solution focused approach for those who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, family marital or other personal relationships. She focuses on increasing every person's happiness and effective communication with others for a more peaceful lifestyle. Additionally, with a special education background, she enjoys working with clients with ADHD and learning challenges and creates treatment plans that focus on the individual’s goals and personal success. Meredith believes in providing a supportive and safe environment and will collaborate with clients to identify strengths and help them achieve their goals for a happier life.

She has worked with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and individuals within the Deaf community, addressing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use disorders, self-injurious behavior, and ADHD. Mickayla specializes in supporting youth and young adults.

Mickayla is dedicated to helping clients develop essential coping strategies, emotional regulation, and effective communication skills to navigate trauma, daily stressors, and life transitions. She creates a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their goals, values, and strengths. Haley draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) modalities. She treats anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, mood disorders, substance use issues, and any other struggles that clients feel is affecting their daily life.

Haley's style is to hold space for her clients to explore their own patterns and interpersonal dynamics, with a goal of finding a better understanding of themselves within their relationships and families.

Beth is a person-centered therapist with decades of experience who works with adolescents, young adults, families, and parents. She believes the most important aspect of therapy is establishing a trusting, supportive relationship in which clients feel comfortable being honest and vulnerable. She works with youth with all types of special needs including executive functioning, social anxiety, and behavioral challenges. Beth has a passion for working with individuals who have experienced trauma and are looking for a safe relationship in which to begin the healing process.

Beth also has a background in family therapy and is able to support those who might be struggling with unhealthy family dynamics or are looking to improve family, parenting, and co-parenting skills and relationships. Her goal is to empower clients to make the changes that they want to see so that they can go on to live happy, healthy lives with the ones they love the most.
